😭😭😭 I can't believe that im actually typing this right now....😭😭😭

I think .......(BUT I HOPE NOT) that he has some kind of a health problem. Cancer?? or something. BUT I REALLY HOPE HE DOESN'T . I LOVVVEEE RAHUL. And i dont want muskaan to go through all that stuff. I hope everything is alright. I really wish that the creatives dont come up with this kind of storyline...because a lot of our hearts would break into pieces....

What do you all think?

yea thats what im thinking....something has to be wrong with him, he keeps coughing....he wants muski to stay away from him..... i really hope he's ok, the RM love story is finally getting its due

i really dont hope he has got any disease but all his symptoms are indicating towards some kind of health problem. i hope he stays alright because i really lov him and i dont want anything happening to him.

yeah maybe they will show that he got some kind of cancer but heyy if padma could be alright from having brain tumor then im hoping he will be ok soon. maybe it will bring rahul and muskan closer.

Yes - the extra attention that they are giving his cough - seems to be leading us to the fact that he probably doesn't want Muskaan to be close to him because he is unwell. Sad - but hope this is not their way of getting rid of this character.
