There is no rule in India dear, which states that if a muslim contestant is participating in a challenge, then he or she MUST be made the winner! Even in terms of minority groups in India, Christains, Buddhists, Jainists, Sikhs, etc are even smaller minorities than muslims! The quota system exists for some minority and obc/sc/st groups in professional colleges in India, but not with the channels and reality shows. Maybe we should sign a petition to get it passed for channels too, and then we will see.

Around 80% of the Indian population are Hindus - but it gets divided into several pockets with regional castes and subcastes, so the number gets smaller, and most of them would be having less than 10% strength. Then 13% are muslims - no subdivisions. Then the remaining 7% consists of Christians, Buddhists, Jainists, Sikhs, etc and that makes each group to be around 1 or 2 % of the total population. So with all the caste system in India, muslims are the majority dear, so dont show biased attitude towards the rest of the minority groups there - it's India and not a muslim nation! Also almost all the votes from Pakistan, Bengladesh and Middle East also go to muslim contestants and with no other muslims to compete with, all those votes will go to Salman alone.

Now stop crying and cheer up! If you did that to blackmail everyone to garner votes for Salman, nice try! If you did that to trash him indirectly so that he will suffer by many people end up not voting for him because of being tired of biased irrational comments, nice try again! I dont think the younger generation Indians are stupid enough to fall for either one! Especially since they all have a lot more international exposure in this era.

Raja is a muslim, but he didnt use that to garner votes - he was/is very proud to be Indian/Rajastani. And he did win ESBE show, that also had teh winner chosen based on votes. He won with Jassi (Jasvir) whose spouse is a muslim. So did the people worry about their religion then - no! If the janta did, then Asma wouldnt have stayed till top six in the SRGMP C09 show!! She is a muslim and isnt Indian either!! When most conservative muslims dont vote for their girls, most of her votes would have come from India.

I supported Raja, Amanat and Poonam in SRGMP C07 because I felt they were the best in talent. I supported Vaishali, Prathibha and Soumen in C09 for the same reason. I support Salman more than Prince and many others, but I dont consider him as the best in the lot.

Completely agree with you! I know that many youngsters here think the same way, but there are a few black sheep to cause enough chaos unfortunately... 😃
