ummm.... its a looong process... even i didnt kno tht bfore... 1st go to photobucket.com.... register.... download ur pics there.... then after ur pics are downloaded there r three options below evry pic... url/tag and img... copy paste the img in ur post and voila u have the pic!! am sure theres some other way too of puttin up a pic but this is the one which i find easy

imageshack is much easier i think
go to www.imageshack.us, browse and find yr pic, host it...and then copy the one that says hotlink for forums(1) next to it, and paste it in yr post, wen u post yr pic will come up. hope that helps 😃
