u knw weve seen things like that....we knw hes inlove....so yeh scenes like that will happen...but for the story to move...we need to see nupur doign things and then asking herself why i care so much...like ur first idea....nupur has fever and gunjun tells her to go home and rest...but she dusnt listen...then mayank comes and orders her to go home and she does....so she starts wondering why she always does exactly what mayank wants. then they can show a really cute scene of mayank at college wondering if nupurs ok at home...and cz he cant concentrate he leaves college to go to her house and check...that woud be soooooooooooo cute....orrrrr.....they cud have a scene where a guy is bothering her at college and RV comes and trys to handle it...and nupur tells him to go away...then mayank comes and handles it and she lets him...and then asks herself why she dusnt mind mayank being over protective etc....otherwie we are never goingt o see nupurs story moving....it will b tuck on mayanks love for her....but then what???
