Hi I need help with finding a song

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me with finding a song it used to come on sony when shows would end early
it goes something like this: mere haathon mein hai tera haath rahe na juda hum jab tak dum hai choote na yeh saath
not from fanaa
and the video goes something with a guy and girl getting together something
i'd appreciate if someone could help
