"Mother", without whom a child is incomplete, a person who gives anything and everything for a child. She takes care of a child's needs, we never have to express but she knows what we are going through. Be it merry or sad moments, a mother is always there for the support. She takes the pain to give birth and through the journey of a kid, she makes sure that her kid stays happy forever. She is a friend, she is a guardian, she is caretaker and most importantly, she is a mother. On this occasion of mother's day, we thank all the mothers for all that they do for us. My mom never prefers to go out much. So, I will take her out for a nice dinner. She is little fussy with food so I will take this as a chance to treat her with variety of food. It will basically be a Mother's Day Out.

She actually is, atleast my Mom is. And you know that is the reason why the chemistry with my Mom in the show also comes out so good. She is like the boys best friend and with my Mom I share just the same relation. I can tell her everything, share with her everything. One big advantage of this is you open up as a person. When you get so free with your parent, and not just your Mom, you are no more scared of them. Its when you hide that you will be scared of them. And this candidness brings in a very nice friendly relation between all.

What does the Day mean to you?

For every son or daughter each day is a Mother's day because the value of your mother cannot be judged just by the Mother's day. But as we celebrate this day especially for her, we try to do something special for her on that day.

I think mothers are not only mothers but also a friend. Every son or daughter would agree that eventually one is more close to the mother than to Dad. When you are a kid, you connect with your mom with ease and she is one who grooms you to be a person. When you spend so much time with a person, they become your best friend.

My mother and I share a fantastic bond. She is my support system and we have a complete equation. I never have to tell her what I am going through, she just knows. Not just my mother, but I am extremely lucky to share an excellent bond with Karan's Mom. Whenever I have to take some decision, I call his mother. She is a very cool person and easy going. I never thought I would share such bond with my in-laws. I am blessed to have two wonderful mothers in my life. "I love both of them and they love me too."

In course of life, mother becomes your best friend. In the journey from a kid to an adult, your mother is always with you. More than your father, it's your mother with whom you can share everything. For me, my mother was my best friend.

What gift would you present to your mother on mother's day?

I have never thought about it till now but I guess whatever I have achieved till now is a gift for her. I will try to work harder and achieve some bigger goals which I guess will be the best gift I could give my mother as that makes her really happy.
