Although they didn't give any reasoning but Dev told Radhika that when she was not around, he could not see her, he didn't stop loving her, he could not forget her ..so NOW when he's seen her, he knows who she is, HOW will he stop loving her? Dev has made up his mind that he can't stay happy with Vishakha and he will wait for the time when Radhika confesses her love and then he might think of a way to ged out of this forced relationship..

In one of the episodes, he tells Radhika that by her b'vor she can break his heart, but cannot make him dislike her or forget her....He says, I have only learnt to love you....so, when he has so much love and pain for her, how can he marry Vish?? He tells her "Do you know why this happened" coz, my love and pain for you were true and real.....So, he is convinced that she is the one for him, so he doesnt want to do anything with Vish....Also, he says, it was difficult for him when he was feverently trying to search her, but now he has found her, everything has changed, his life has changed.........so, can't really blame him for not marrying Vish......................

Vishaka and Rad were talking about the rituals...... Maybe he heard vis asking Rad what do I need to do since i was there at the first wedding.... He is just waiting for them to tell him.....

No I think Dev suspects his marriage isn't with Vish, when Vish asks why at last minute change of decision, he says I feel "ain Waqt (correct time?) me DIL jo faisla letha hai, woh hi sahi faisla hota hai" and glances back at Radhika, i.e., his heart is saying no to this.

BTW, I also think Vish has started thinking there is some history between Rads & Dev, you could see her suspicious look when Dev chases after Rads.

Also, hats off to Vish to admitting to having no qualms going to bed with Dev without being married to him. She will really do well in bollywood.
