Our Cafes' freezer lately is not exactly in its prime, and it suffers from ice buildup syndrome......LaTa Phir Gaur Farmaiye....Metaphor...TeeHee!!!
We put stuff in there.....good ideas....good looking stuff... wrapped up and all, and a few weeks later everything's covered in frost like the beard of a North Pole explorer....BT creativity???.......*phew*...Scary!!
And Now....now there's so much ice covering the shelves that I half expect to see penguins skating around.......*Lame excuse for humor*
Part of my job, as this freezer's caregiver, as it's KUNJI, is to defrost it regularly...........😉😆
So let turn the freezer off, let the temperature rise.......(WOW... don't we all love rising temperatures!)...... detach entire ice caps, clean the whole thing, and start afresh........Har har!!!
Like Life!!....Like PUNJI's Life to be more precise.....& there is only one good way to defrost....one good way to see the light.......as soon as possible.....!
And Arjun not only needs to do that ASAP.........he has to show some good judgement and SOON!

"Soft peaks" mean that when you lift the whisk from the egg whites, they form a fluffy peak that doesn't collapse.......Like BT Shows! *Smirking*
