Salman Khan was and still is the ultimate frontrunner in the fitness brigade. He epitomized the bulky beefcake look, leading others to follow suit. Many actors have come to Salman for training advice, Hrithik included. Trainers feel blessed working with him and Firdaus Shaikh, Body Trainer is one of them. He explains, "Salman is like my elder brother; you get to learn so much from him. You will not find any other actor as dedicated to their workout as Salman is. His routine includes 40-45 minutes on the treadmill and then intensive and fast body training. He's very fond of sweets and Indian food, but he also knows how to burn all of that fat. Other than working out, he loves to cycle. He usually cycles to all his shoots, sometimes even as far as Panvel."

I wish I had Sal's will power..........then I can eat all the chocolates in the world!

LOL....looks like it's not just tees now....Sal hav started doing paintings on his jeans tooo

i knowwwwwww...!!! god, i wish i could buy all those chocolates that came on sale for the easter..! darn it.. LOL..

i never noticed it till you pointed it out.. he sure does love his paint brush.. and needless to say, he is quite good with it too.. 😊
