Written Update: April 21

Rajeshwari and Jalpa dress up as Bhism Pitama, and Ganga and go to Mohan's house and act their characters out. Rajeshwari tells them to go as ma is calling them. Rajeshwari mentions they have to stay in their character because whoever does the best, ma will reward them 5 lakhs. Mohan tells them to go ahead and they will come after eating their lunch. Manjula takes other bahus to talk to ma. They tell ma that they are all getting ready for their characters and since it is an epic play, they should use old jewelry to make it seem real. They wonder if they can borrow her jewelry and ma says that they shouldn't hesitate to ask her. Ma shows them all her jewelry and they all r excited. Bhakti says she can't think that this is just an innocent play because the price money is so high. Why would bhabhis risk chance of losing money by involving them. Mohan says that they will stay in play and indirectly give them answer to their motives and to trust him. Mohan and Bhakti go inside, and ma and bhabhis come to greet them. Ma says that even after they leave house, she will come to meet them in their new place.

Rajeshwari and Jalpa are demanding for specific roles, Manjula says that now that all of the people are here lets have ma decide. Manjula says why don't we write the character's names in paper chits and whoever picks them up will play that role. Everyone agrees, Alpa writes out the characters name. She makes Dhropadi chit the biggest and signals other bhabhis not to pick the big chit. Manjula gets to pick 1st since she is oldest and picks out, hands ma and gets to be Duryodhan. Parul also gives ma her chit, and she is Dushashan, Alpa gives her chit to ma and she is Shakuni, Jalpa is Dhitrashtra and Rajeshwari is Krishna. When it's turn for Mohan since he is older than Bhakti, they tell him to allow her to pick because she is a female. She picks her chit and gives it to ma and it is Dhropadi. For Mohan chit, Alpa quickly picks up and says since it is the only chit left she will open and tell, and it says Dhropadi but she reads it outloud saying it is Yudhistir and rips the chit apart. Manjula tells Rajeshwari to clear the papers and asks everyone to go to her room to get the script. Manjula calls out everyones character name to see if they all remember their roles or not. Jalpa forgets who she is playing. They explain he is the king. She gets happy saying she will sit on throne and rule other people. Parul says that you might b the king but u r blind. Jalpa gets mad at Parul for calling her blind. Manjula explains that she isn't blind but the character she is playing is blind. Jalpa says she understood now. She can see everything now but when she sits on the royal seat, she will become blind and will not be able to see anything. Mohan replies saying, eyes are not the only thing that can blind you. Selfishness and ego can blind a person similarly. Bhabhis are stunned by his response and Alpa says she didn't understand what he was trying to say. He says that he didn't understood before but after reading the lines he has realized that ego and selfishness in these brothers have caused such disaster, it created Mahabharat. All bhabhis are quiet and shocked at him for saying this.
