Get married! says mother Sharmila to Soha Ali Khan

Mumbai: Soha Ali Khan is in a fix these days. The Hindi film actress's mother Sharmila Tagore has been nagging her to get married. And Soha has no clue how to deal with the situation.

"Mum wants grandchildren," she said. "So she wants me to get married. She calls me up every day to tell this. In fact, she has all the plans in place, the menu, the venue, etc. Except for the groom she has planned for everything else."

But Soha is sure that her mother won't have her way soon. She said with a chuckle, "Mum has three unmarried children. So there's no way I'll get married before my siblings."

With marriage being the topic of discussion, we couldn't resist asking her about her alleged affair with Kunal Khemu, her co-star in 99. But Soha disappointed us with the clichd answer, "We are just good friends." Asked if she was in touch with ex-flame Siddharth, she said, "No. At present, I'm not in touch with him." Beyond this Soha declined to answer any further queries on her love life.

As far as her roles are concerned, she has no clear demarcation of what role she would never do. Speaking about bold sex scenes, she said, "I draw my line. I haven't yet been asked to portray such a role so I don't know. But I would like to say 'never say never'."

Finally, we asked her if she is trying hard to look sensuous. At a recent party she wore a dress with a plunging neckline that exposed a large portion of her assets, something that fans do not usually associate with her.

"I don't think it looked bad," she said. "I'm a very casual person. I think there are different facets to my personality. In my wardrobe, I have saris, kurtas, dresses, etc. It all depends on what I feel like wearing."

Well, as long as she feels like wearing something, mum Sharmila would be okay with it, we suppose.
