if a film finishes with the potential of having a sequel yeah why not, it shouldnt be mad efor just the sake of it.

I think it depends on the movie, but lots of time there are really good sequels e.g. I enjoyed Sarkar Raj, Krrish, Dhoom 2, Lage Raho Munnabhai (though I still don't get what happened to Chinky...)

i am not in favour of sequels..

Munnabhai was more of a series than sequel.. but i enjoyed it..

also, Nagina and Nigahen were great.. Sarkar and Sarkar Raj, Koi Mil Gaya and Krish were also amongst the ones i really enjoyed..

Dhoom 2 wasn't that bad either.. i guess it depends..

if the script is good and strong for the sequel, then maybe yes.. otherwise, a big no-no...
