From what i read about the acquisition of the company by someone else - it seems like this serial is trying to steal ideas from Khosla ka Ghosla. The difference here is that in KKG - it was the land that was wrongfully acquired by a shrewd businessman and in GKLB it is the company.
Dont know if i am right...just wanted to share a thought that crossed my mind. Let me know what you guys think.
