SRK to make Fauji sequel?

Mumbai: History repeats itself; it's the same with King Khan too. Fauji, the TV show which paved the way for Shah Rukh Khan's glory road to stardom is all set to hit the TV screen again. However, the show will not be remade. A sequel will be made to the TV show and the man behind the venture is none other than SRK himself.
After producing films, SRK has recently ventured into the small screen with his production house. They have already produced one chat show (The First Ladies with Abu Sandeep), one sitcom (Ghar Ki Baat Hai) and one reality show (Knights and Angels). However, SRK is not stopping with these three shows.
Says a source, "SRK is keen on revisiting the past and that's one of the reasons why he is making shows which can remind people of the bygone era of pure entertainment. For example, his Ghar Ki Baat Hai is the remake of Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi and the new show will be a sequel of Fauji. The show has been instrumental in his career and popularity, and he's very sure that it will generate additional curiosity when people will come to know that he's producing it."
The source further adds, "In all probability, Shah Rukh being the biggest movie actor and one of the busiest men around would not have time to play the lead role. The lead actor is yet to be decided because the show is at the planning stage."
Samar Khan, the fiction head of Red Chilies Idiot Box, says, "We are developing many projects and it's too early to talk about anything in particular." When asked further whether they are making a sequel to Fauji, he did not deny it.
