i think there is some misunderstanding about the whole concept of jhalak with people...just to get the pointers, start counting the basics off your fingers.. Well There's no misunderstanding... Pls save it in your short memory....

1. its strictly for non dancers, if someone was good/bad before the show started its all their credit/discredit. Totally agree, the show for non-dancers and because of you guys it will remain a non dancer show

2. its a dancing show yes, its not a dancing show for judges alone. when a show involves audience voting, it thereby implies AN AUDIENCE OPINION...which by the way, does not imply AN EXPERT OPINION...if as much as 50% weightage is given to public voting, i think the very idea of expecting a thoroughly professional decision is absurd....if thats the kind of justice you are seeking, jhalak possibly is not the show you should be watching at all...its bad for your health, specially your heart if its weak to pressures...pursue the likes od DID which claim professional decisions alone.... I have strong heart... May be you should consult some eye specialist and then read the whole thread again... and then came back to reply because the things that you are saying is really pathetic in all ways... Well u shouldnt watch it... because you have a weak heart... and i am sure when RAM got eliminated.. atleast you got one heart attack... Baby pray for other two... otherwise you will be no more

3. Reality shows have only one real rule...they are REALITY SHOWS....the decisions of those shows, specially when left to an audience, WILL be dependent upon their opinion of the participating candidates. either you aren't a mere mortal with a human mind...or you dont understand the fact that human opinions vary...the fact that you are a choreo yourself possibly gives you the eye of an expert, it will not ensure the same for everyone who is voting...you can call them biased...you can call them blind fans...i dont think its a reasonable complaint you launch in the first place for a show which claims a 50% on auidnece voting....basically your point, though not completely untrue, is fairly baseless as far as jhalak is concerned....its a whole different concept...the only similarity between DID and jhalak essentially is that they are dance reality shows, thats not enough of a base to compare...if you like the concept of professionalism more, then jhalak shouldnt be your place, not as far as season three at all...i have no clue why anyone would indulge in watching a show they think is utterly unprofessional, baseless and bias ridden.... Hello Go and watch the world outside... When INDIA wins every INDIAN comes out of their places and enjoy the victory... EVERY single person enjoys the festival with each other... No doubt way of celebrations may be different.... but reason for the celebration is one.... And in case of JHALAK... When a good dancer will be eliminated, with whom you have a great expectation obviously that person will get dissappointed... I am not at all upset that PARUL remains in the show... If its PARUL or ARA.. then definitely i would have prayed that ARA got eliminated... Because he is the one who should be voted out in the very first episode.....

4....the judges...erm...im going to PRE STATE that im not a professional...not in terms of dancing, but also as a viewer...i watch television with the motive of entertainment alone...but the judges, who for some reason seem very unbiased to you have been rather strange in that respect...unless of course you and i have different definitions to the word BIAS...since you go on to mention the telly guys karan and parul, i should remind you that the two of them, despite at least a handful of stupendous performances have not managed a 30 yet...against of course the likes of bhaichung...erm...i prefer to not mention why i think bhiachung's blindfold performance against karan's was disappointingly stiff and with no stance or posture of a natural dancer...he follows the steps like a rule book, but the vibe of a dance, and glide and poise or a performer is SEVERELY lacking...for the most hes like a puppet made to dance....karan...vaibhavi accurately pointed has the flow of a pro...its like watching no amateurs.... Here i actually agree with you... If hard kaur cant get full for her shacky moments, then even BAICHUNG shouldnt get... And i feel the same when JUHI gave 9 to Parul for AAO NA... But what i feel that they have deducted marks for... i have written in early posts only.. So better read from there.... Dont fave faltoo ka time to explain you... And tell me frankly did you like KARAN in BACHNA AE HASEENO, Baawre

but oh well...i wont sit around gloating about karan...im a fan yes...but im not blind...if gauhar vs parul was your only issue, i think you missed the time karan got a silly score on khuda jaane, a scintillating performance...or the times HK deserved a 30 and didnt get them...or even for a fact all the times bhaichung was cute enough to get a 30, even if not a good enough dancer.... Even in this case i have already told you that i voted for KARAN for his performance... But in actual his lifts are already have been performed by his co mates or himself.. that's why he didnt got 30... But still i feel the way nicole and karan danced was actually scintillating

but most importantly, i go back to my point...if you think there's bias, several fans think the same for their stars...the show however rests not on opinions but on voting...as mira said...if you're hell bent upon justice, sit and vote, and promote similar justice...as far as the telly fans are concerned...the show has given the right to them, to be supporting what you call THE UNDESERVING VICTORS! I have been voting... But you may be not knowing the thing is the majority of people watch serials and stick to their television sets and they watch very less of movies... So unke liye to MOVIE ACTORS, MODELS are born with negative attitude....

ps: i'm still surprised why you have bothered yourself with watching 3 seasons of jhalak...its like being ANTI EKTA fan...and watching all her shows so you can spend rest of the time criticisng 5them...a concept i have no real comprehension for... Well better you start watching JHALAK after consulting your doctor... I seriously think you need it... SWEETIE i will pay for you... Go right now... U seriously need it.... their fair judgement is very important in dance off.. marks are been deducted so that contestants will not make that mistake again and which will make them true dance professionals..

Lets be very clear about a fact... Just imagine if BAICHUNG performed on BAAVRE- LUCK BY CHANCE instead of KARAN.. and got the same score from Judges.. then will you be voting for BAICHUNG like you did for KARAN....???

First of i would like to tell you that i am based in U.K. and i cannot vote from here, but watch the episodes and make comments .. i did contacted B.B.C the original version provider of JDJ format they said it is the decion of Sony .. i am sure they are loosing lots of money because of this and most of the fans of parul, karan etc are outside india..

Now as per your question, whether i vote for Baichung, of course yes, if i am his fan.. the format of this show is like that, you vote for your favourite in the show to keep them in, so that it will give them the opportunity to learn the dance and perform.. in my opinion, karan supporters are doing the right thing, if you look at his last performance, so good, shows that he can even compete in the international version of the game, provided given an opportunity..

In U.K. Strictly Come Dancing (Series 6) there was a person called John Sergeant [ British television and radio journalist and broadcaster] he could not even move his feet a bit from the start, and he is very very popular here and Judges were literally fed up with his dancing..and public was keeping him in all the time

He repeatedly finished bottom of the leader board after the judges' votes, the public consistently voted to keep him in the competition, prompting criticism of the viewers' voting by the judges and some dancers. He pulled out of Strictly Come Dancing after saying that he had a real chance of winning and "even for me, that would be a joke too far".

that is the spirit given by the public for this show..here critics were judges and dancers, not public!!! they enjoyed his dancing..

now unfortunate things are happening in JDJ is that choreography.. karan is a student of dance, he cannot do choreography, he can perform what is been taught to him by his teacher, nicole got it all wrong, what can he do in that situation.. same happened with Ram, the performance he scored 16 because of his choreography.. Gauhar is out, partly due to her self directed choreography..she was not giving the freedowm to the choreographer to do the choreography.. her dance off with ram, Hanif was sticking to his choreography and refuse to listen to her.. and how she performed.. look at all the contestants in the competition other than gauhar, all of them listen to the choreographer whether bad or good..

sahil, people can perform and make it up there, provided given them an opportunity.. my whole hearted support goes to parul, due to the reason that, she came from such a background, very poor family, never known about the international dance format like you and me , working hard to support her family at the age of 17 [she started to work in the serial at that age], and work in the serial sets for 12 hours, and come back and practice at JDJ and trying hard to make her fans happy.. she really deserve to be support from the public .. in comparison with parul, all the others come from a good background..
