Jennifer Winget (born 30 May 1985) is an Indian television actress. She is currently starring as Ganga in the TV serial Sangam. In movies, she has also starred in Kasauti Zindagi Kay, Shaka Laka Boom Boom and several other minor roles.
Biography
Winget is the daughter of a Punjabi mother and a Maharashtrian Christian father, and is often mistaken for a Westerner due to her unusual name.[1] Her acting career began when she appeared in Akele Hum Akele Tum (1995) when she was 15,[1] and appeared with Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan in Kuch Naa Kaho when she was 18.[2] She also appeared in the comedy show, Shaka Laka Boom Boom.[3]
She can speak both Hindi and Punjabi fluently.[1] When she was 20, she appeared in her first television serial Kkoi Dil Mein Hain and went on to appear in Kkusum, Kartika, Kahiin To Hoga, as Sneha in Kasauti Zindagi Kay, and the starring role as Ganga, in Sangam[2][3][4][5] she also have a younger sister name Daina who will be coming on serials very soon.
At present she is featuring in the TV series Sangam, she is playing the role of ganga. Also Jennifer Recently [for the third time] replaced Sukriti Khandpal on Dill Mill Gayye on Star One and will be Portraying the role of Dr Riddhima in the 2nd Week of April.

Jennifer Winget who turned a year older on 30th May surely had a very thrilling and breath-taking experience to talk about on her birthday!! The gorgeous actress acclaims that she will remember this day for life, as she saw a real leopard while shooting for her serial Sangam on 29th midnight in Film City, Goregaon. "The shoot demanded a rain sequence at the wee hours of night. When we were in the midst of our shot, all of a sudden a leopard passed before us. I did not even realize before the unit members started to shout. I was completely zapped!!" says Jennifer.
