Ash to Abhishek: Kuch Na Kaho

Is it true? Have the star couple split? Is Ash going to team up with Abhishek? The grapevine is that Ash likes Abhishek and vice-versa and they get on very well. What's more Jaya is said to have approved of Ash. Amitabh also adores Ash and they have worked together. Those in the know and have more than a whiff of the association say that Jaya and Amitabh are encouraging the relationship.

They feel the two are an ideal match. It is quite possible that it may work out. Everything is still under wraps. But it certainly adds to the stories concerning the Vivek-Ash split after three years. The duo and their families remain tight-lipped about the entire situation. The secretaries too have refused to divulge any information. An insider also refutes the rumours as rubbish and says that just concocted rumours are doing the rounds.

Viviek is away shooting in Panchgani currently and Aishwarya Rai is busy shooting in Jaipur for J.P. Dutta's magnum opus Umrao Jaan. The forever image-conscious Ms Rai has never acknowledged any of her relationships, neither in public nor with the media. Insiders say Ash clung to Viviek just to let people know that she was over Salman Khan. Viviek and Ash first met on the sets of Sameer Karnik's Kyun! Ho Gaya Na? and there were reports of the two hitting it off instantly.

Viviek kept bragging about how Ash was his priceless trophy and he was the one who kept talking to the media about his relationship with her. Things came out in the open when he confessed about their relationship during the talk show Koffee with Karan last year. At a recent charity function that Viviek and Ash attended together Viviek tried to put his arms around Ash much to her chagrin and she kept him at an arm's length refusing even to pose for photographs with him.

Apparently, the situation got worse during Zayed Khan's wedding, where Viviek came for the sangeet with his parents and Ash attended the reception the next day with her mom. Viviek was also seen at the Home Delivery premiere with only the family in tow.
