this is my observation that with the starting of public voting, terence has ristricted his opinion. before that he always used to give his comments in details with positive and negetive points of each participants. but after that he limits his comments and also most of the time he praised all the participant's performance. (no matter its good or bad).
i think he knows that in public voting there is no much value of judges opinion. as most of the time public vote not on the based of performance but on the emotions and region and religion based.

I agree but I hope he doesn't get too critical of his own group's performances, coz it might affect the voting pattern...I mean he should point out the negatives of ALL the performances and stop being extremely critical of his own group. e.g. he needs to quit praising Rakhee so much unnecessarily, and pointing out the smallest possible mistake of his own group

I feel the same, poor Terrence sir. I think he's too straight edge for the janta's biases. I miss his comments

No , he wants to criticise but Mithun Chakraborty stops him from saying negatives and tells him all the time you are hard task master etc. etc. So he stopped saying , may be he got the hint from Mithun that it may affect voting by public . So he stopped finding faults and if we observe properly and listen to the way and the words commented by each mentors we can understand whether they are very happy, good or not etc.
Mostly when the performance is not 100% their comments would be like you look beautiful, good energy level and there they end the comments. They do not say bad things at all now onwards, all the masters not only Terrence because it amy affect the public judgement and voting thereby

I really think he restricted his comments after Mithun told him that he's a harsh judge. That probably made him feel bad. However, I loved his criticisms because they were so insightful. And how will the performers improve if they are not criticized? I like Terrence - he's honest and straightforward. Remo is also cool and impartial.
Sometimes i feel like Geeta is playing politics with her comments... she got Prince thrown out by saying he's not versatile, which is fine, but she voiced it so strongly and made such a big deal out of it that he didn't get a chance to show another kind of dance since he was immediately eliminated. Also, she never nominated Noni for judging on elimination night until she absolutely had to nominate her, and kept nominating the same people to protect Noni. The other judges nominated everyone. In my opinion Noni may have been taking up a valuable space that could have been filled by a better dancer. She dances well, but is not at all versatile - same type of dances all the time...
Don't mean to insult anyone - just offering my opinion...

i agree with yu, but i feel the judges SHOULD be there to guide the janta and not just be mere spectators. Their insightful comments can help a non-dancer watching the show in making their opinion who was a good dancer and who was't. anyways, i rlly hope judges take their position and give their feedbacks, otherwise i see no point of them sitting there.

yes, that is what i wrote they give the judgement in an indirect way . The public needs to be attentive and allert to understand their points besides observing the dance properly. Many do not know the techniques of dance and may not find fault , they will judge by their region or community then. And if at all judges criticises these public will then blame the judges for their comments and outing of their favourites. So both way judges are getting blamed. Those who really understand dance and observes properly will give proper votes.
