Wow we go from comparing Tanvi from Mauli to Nihira.....

No Tanvi does not look like any of those 2...

Mauli is pretty as well as Tanvi and so is Nihira.....

Tanvi is just the more glamorous, beautiful, sexy, more petite, more charming, more appealing, more modest, attractive version of Mauli. That was my instant thought when I saw her performance in wild card round.
