Katrina wants to open a cafe-cum-restaurant

Talking about her dream, Kat tells, "I want to open a restaurant in partnership. I am on the lookout for a business partner.
She adds, "I don't have the time to handle the day-to-day nitty-gritty of the business though I do intend being there as much as possible. My partner would have to be someone who has experience in the restaurant business and will be able to give his time, as I am a novice in this field. Hopefully, I should clinch a deal soon."

The actress is apparent about dream project, "I want the restaurant to be styled and designed something along the lines of a London or New York high-end coffee shop somewhere classy and cool. It will be along the lines of a coffee house/bar/lounge/restaurant dealing with specialized international cuisine. The restaurant will be in Bandra."
