Panchayat of Gokul:-
Nand says to Damini Mausi that panchayat has decided Jamuna is your daughter in law and you have to accept her.
Damini replies that she wont accept her as her daughter in law and the child she is carrying is not of her son Sumant.
Nand ask her why you dont want to accept her as your daughter in law?...why you tried to drown her in river? Why you left her behind during pilgrimage? as Nand was about to ask her more questions, suddenly Jamuna interrupted him and told Nand to stop asking questions from her as I consider her as my mother, I had not seen my mother, but in her i can see my mother. I want to remain thankful to her for whatever she had done for me, I dont want to be known as thankless woman. I am indebted to her.
She says further she doesnt want to see her humiliated in panchayat, if mother is being humiliated thn it is humiliation of children too. I beg you Nandlal jee, please spare her and if she doesnt want to accept me, I wont force her to. I always looked upon her as my mother.
Nand Yashoda, Rohini and all villagers are looking at her and Damini is standing quite trying to hide her face. Krishna is watching from far and smiling at Jamuna.
Jamuna pleads Nand to stop the panchayat and she goes away from there, all the villagers goes behind her. Panchayat is dissolved.
Damini and Sumant are also going, suddenly Krishna stops her and says to Damini that Jamuna is your daughter in law, why dont you accept her? Jamuna saved you from humiliation in panchayat, it is only our well-wishers who can do such great sacrifice, so this clearly proves that she is your well wisher and not enemy.
Jamuna is going out of Gokul and people are following her, Krishna says that Mausi you still have time to correct yourself and accept her as your daughter in law, otherwise Jamuna will fulfill your wish.
Damini ask Krishna what wish?
Krishna replies that Jamuna is going to commit suicide, she is going towards river and this is what you wanted from her.
Damini is confused and stunned, doesnt know what to say?..Yashoda, Nand and Rohini comes there shouting Jamuna's name . Krishna looks at Damini and tells her, Mausi what you are thinking?..go and save Jamuna.
Krishna looking at her smiles and Jamuna walking towards river in tears.
