The beauty of which nothing can mar
Friendship is like the evergreen tree
Giving shade forever, don't you agree?
Friendship is like the bird soaring high
To be carefree among the clouds in the sky
Friendship is like the marvellous rainbow
To mesmerise in it's colourful glow
Friendship is like the river that flows
Giving life and succour wherever it goes
Friendship is like the vast blue ocean
Teaching us about love, care and devotion
Friendship is like the enchanted garden
To always hold hands, to always pardon
Friendship is like the wind across the sea
Whispering and caressing through its onward journey
