Actually, I think Anmol Malik may have been 15 yrs old when she recorded the song.

Many of the Lil Champs contestants are all doing pretty well. I don't know how well they're handling the instant fame and success though.

Hailing from a musical family with Sardar Malik as a grandfather and Anu Malik as uncle, Armaan Malik, Daboo Malik's son, has all the makings of a top singer. He was one of the finalists in Sa Re Ga Ma Li'L Champs and since that contest, the boy hasn't looked back. His latest is the title-track he's sung for Chain Kuli Ki Mein Kuli besides the songs in Aamir Khan's Taare Zameen Par. "The best part about playback is that all the music directors bring a variety of food and give it to me after the song is recorded," grins Armaan. Currently hosting STAR Plus Antakshari with Anu Kapoor and Juhi Parmar, Armaan has also performed for BBC channel and has received an international film offer to play the lead and sing all the songs for a Canadian production. The two Khans, Shah Rukh and Salman are his heroes while Kareena Kapoor and Ayesha Takia are his favourite heroines. All of twelve years old, ask the boy whether having musical antecedents has helped him and pat comes the reply, "It hasn't helped me in getting work but the name matters a lot because it has gained me respect!"
