Does the Panchayat have so much power?

Dear Friends,

Much as I am disgusted with the people of Dharampur that they do not have any feelings towards their Malik, I want to ask a question, does a panchayat hold so much power that it can pass capital punishment on someone...I know everything is possible in Ektaland but this is big mistake to show the people are heartless, do not care about their malik, even if Hiten was a spoilt brat or handicapped someway I am sure no man should expect the father to pass on a capital punishment to his son...later on the cry 'malik ki jai' was in very poor taste...people should have been stunned in silence.....I am dissappointed specially with this week episodes....Your thoughts friends, love Tin

no I think it's a powerless disgusting crappppppppp and who so ever came up with it should have been shot dead in the head for even think aboout such thing🤢

i dont think panchayat has that much power to hang a man infront of the whole village...as of my knowledge DaramPur is very very much present in Rajesthan a state which is an integral part of India where every Indian have only one law.

correction thr are many dharampurs in india..... this one is based on gujrat.....

I don't think that it exerts so much power in reality!
