Nope you can't. I mean even contestants in the Indian diaspora aren't allowed to participate as auditions weren't even held elsewhere. Yes Rakhi performed but she went to India herself and she is of Indian origin I guess? But i doubt they would really ever make more than once exception. You can try your luck elsewhere though. Although i doubt that any contestant who is non indian will ever win. Plus even on SRGMP foreign contestants are no longer allowed after Mumbai blasts.

I guess the whole motto that i've heard a lot of judges stress about in a lot of reality shows is "We have enough talent in India, why do we need to look elsewhere?" There are one billion + Indians living in India so I don't blame them at all for not giving a chance to others.

Let's not forget the name of the show. Dance INDIA Dance.
