From acting to doing item songs to becoming an international icon with her victory in the international reality show Big Brother, actress Shilpa Shetty is now all set to begin a new chapter in her life.
Shilpa is now turning entrepreneur. After launching S2 Productions, her production house, Shilpa has now bought a share in the Indian Premier League team Rajasthan Royals with her beau Raj Kundra. She also plans to expand her recently launched chain of spas. Who better, then, than the beautiful Shilpa on how she manages to stay smiling and so in control of her life despite the demands on her time. This is what she suggests:

Tip 1: Be happy and positive about everything
Don't look for shortcuts to anything. And if you have a problem or are stressed out, try healing therapies such as Reiki and aromatherapy.
Tip 2: Work out
Spend time sweating it out because you want to feel good and fit -- for yourself. Not because you have to lose weight and fit into a dress for your friend's wedding!
Tip 3: Don't look good, feel good
Looking good comes when you feel good from within. Always focus on feeling good from within. Have a holistic approach to life and, more than anything, focus on your health. Make time to relax.
