The trap is closing on Sumer and Sunaina and Keerat and his friend are excited. The trap stops falling and Sumer says he won't let anything happen to Sunaina. Sumer decides on a way out, he tells Sunaina to climb on top of him to get out and she does and stops the top of the trap from closing. Bhanu and Uday tare talking to Mastani in the mean time. Sunaina tells Sumer to play his flute. Bhanu and Uday tell people to find them both. Sumer plays his flute (to the title song) and Bhanu and Uday hear and run to them. Sumer gets tired and stops and Sunaina urges him to continue and he does. He stops again and Bhanu and Uday stop in their tracks.
Sunaina continues to tell Sumer to keep playing and Sumer starts again and Bhanu and Uday start their search again. They find Sumer in the trap and Sunaina holding the rope stopping the top of the trap closing. They go and help Sunaina pull the top further up. Keturaj looks at some chicken kind of thing and Keerat arrives to tell him that Sumer and Sunaina are trapped. Keturaj is ecstatic.
Sumer and Sunaina have their wounds healed by their mothers and Chandrika brings some kind of leaves and takes their Nazaar off (Nazaar Utar Diya) and Machala brings Haldi Badam Milk and the dadi tells them to have the milk in one go. The dadi wonders who put the traps in place.
The next day. Uday and Bhanu question people about who put the traps in place. "Jamai-Raja" tells them that Balveer put them in place. Uday shouts for Balveer and he arrives. Balveer admits that he put the traps out but to catch those who people who were stealing the Chandan from the forest and he didn't know that the children will get stuck in them. "Jamai-Raja", Bhanu and Uday tell Balveer off and that he should have told them or asked them before he did anything. Balveer answers back to "Jamai-Raja" and tells him to beware. "Jamai-Raja" tells him that he would have understood what happened if his own children got stuck and Balveer withdraws his sword and warns him. Uday gets angry with him and slaps him.
Uday tells Balveer off and demands Balveer to kill him in his anger. Uday says that he has had enough of Balveer when someone else says don't stoop to Balveer's level. He also tells Balveer to control his anger and tells "Jamai-Raja" to go. Balveer also leaves. Uday is told off by this person too. He suspects that someone is telling Balveer to do these things.
