Of course sleep is necessary to restore cellular proliferation which contributes to bone and skin growth in wee kiddies and repairment and replacement of tissues in adults. Also for the brain to function properly , the longer the time without sleep the greater the impairment of physical and mental performance, poorer the mood and the greater the motivation for snoring (zzzzz) 😆
Question.
Im not sure how true this is, but one of my friends mentioned that a person who sleeps an average of 4-6 hours is generally more intelligent than a person who sleeps for longer than the average requirement say for 9-11 hours.. why is that the case? i mean i sleep an average of 8 hours, does that just make moi average? 😛
so what is your take? how important is sleep to you? and how many hours do you guyz sleep for? 😆 would you say a person intelligence could be measured directly by their sleeping patterns?
