How many times since Heer found out about RR-the guy deal has she told him that he only has prem's shakal and not dil??? 😆😆😆

Hmmmm..... I think 3 times. First time when she confronted him for the first time that she knows he is Gaurav not Prem. She said ke main kabhi poochoungi bhagwan se us ne prem ka chehra ek aise insaan ko kyun diya jis ke pass prem jaisa dil nahi hai.

Second time when they returned home form mumbai , they were standing on the stairs and she said ke kitne alag ho tum prem se..

And the third time yesterday..

These are all that i can remember.

ya... regularly 3 or 4 times....i think doctor told her if she will regularly

tell him that he has face like prem but he don't have heart like prem

so gaurav will become prem very soon.....😆
