Disgusting it sure is and I feel moderates have to raise their voice against these atrocities, Minnie. People following other faiths can only do so much. Even god helps those who help themselves.

Its quite disturbing and horrifying to see such acts in the world. Its shocking to see what these people do under the name of religion. Even faith requires morality, first and foremost. I am left speechless and feel absolutely helpless.

This is very common in Saudi Arabia women cannot go out of the house without a male member escorting her. Women cannot drive...... cos then they would have secret affairs. You have to cover yourself, no matter what religion you belong to. If you don't follow these rules you get lashed and then you are deported back to your country 😒

There are no churches or temples in Saudi Arabia. You cannot even bring a rosary, bible or holy water through the airport. Even sacred pictures of Hindu Gods are not allowed. In general you cannot practise any other religion.

^^ Women don't get driving license in Saudi Arabia cos then they will go out alone. Now cos they don't drive..... they have to depend on their husband, father or brother to take them around (only male members of her family are allowed). There have been some cases where women actually drove and got caught....... they must have received lashes so that they don't commit this mistake again.

Even though you are not a muslim you have to wear an abaya (cloak) and hijab (head scarf) to cover yourself cos in Islam showing your body is not allowed..... and since it's an islamic country you have to abide these rules. This is also the birth place of Prophet Muhammed (p.b.u.h) he was born in Makkah (which is a holy place in Saudi Arabia) his teachings are widely approved.
