yes he is i have 100% feeling he is ....or he might had had killed or accident of icha father and that guy knows about it..

may be pushkar ( tapasya's mama ) is ichchha's father 

i dont think it is true becuz otherwise they will show something between damini and him but they never show and damini behaves him like his employer  nothing else
