I am now 100% sure but he is not saying or doing such things coz of that rishab(if im not spelling him wrong) i mean the bad guy.. probably he made pprem's life hell so he wanna take the revenge or sth.. but whatever it is dont worry he is prem..coz remember when he actually came back they were showing all past clips if he is not prem then how did he rem everything?? how he used to have fun with his family , siblings and all ..
