Twilight Saga Unauthorized Guide Book?

At first I thought the Twilight Saga companion guide book which was supposed to be released last Dec, but delayed to this yr is now in stores. But when I checked the book again, I just realized its unauthorized book made by another author, it has nothing to do with Stephanie Meyer or Little Brown. The cover's misty with huge tall trees in fog. Has anyone seen it yet? I was thinking to get it, but wouldn't it be a waste to buy the unauthorized book? 😕 And yet, there's no news of the Official Twilight Saga book till date 😔
