Vibhishan expresses his gratitude.
Vibhishan - O the jewel among braves Sri Ram, I do not have anything to give to the one who made me a king. I can only give my best wishes. But, in return, I want to ask only one thing.
Ram - Ask friend. Without hesitation, ask whatever you wish.
Vibhishan - Lord, I only need your blessings.
Ram (raising hand in the gesture of blessing) - You are such a devotee of me that you did not even care for your life. You are as dear to me as my brothers.
Vibhishan - I am not capable of giving anything to you. But I want to give you a small present so that I feel happy. (He takes out a beautiful necklace.) In front of your sattvik aura, the light of even thousands of such necklaces is nothing. Even one word of yours is more valuable to us devotees than this necklace. But please accept this small gift from poor Vibhishan.
Ram - Friend, ornaments suit a woman more. Therefore, if Sita wishes, you may gift the necklace to her.
Vibhishan - Maharani, if you accept this gift, then I will be very glad.
Sita is wondering whether to take the gift or not.
Ram is thinking - My Lord Shiv accepted even poision when it was given to him out of love. Then why are you hesitating in accepting this gift from king Vibhishan? Accept it. If you do not want to keep it with you, then gift it to somebody suitable for it.
Sita smiles. (Wow, Ram did not speak but she heard what he was saying in his mind. This scene is picturised very beautifully.) She takes the gift.
Sita - King of Lanka, Vibhishan, I gladly accept this gift. Lankapati Vibhishan brought this necklace for Sri Ram. Therefore I want to gift it to the one who was most devoted to Raghunandan Sri Ram.
Hanuman is busy serving his Lord Ram. He is not interested in what else is going on.
Sita - Son Hanuman.
Hanuman folds his hands.
Sita - You are true devotee of Raghunandan Sri Ram. You deserve this necklace.
Hanuman takes the necklace and starts examining it. He breaks the necklace, takes out one pearl, examines it and throws. He continues that with other pearls. Ram is smiling. But Vibhishan gets angry.
Vibhishan - Bajrangbali, what are you doing? Mother janki herself gifted such a divine necklace to you. Why did you break it?
Hanuman - Because this necklace is nothing more than a piece of stone.
Vibhishan - You call such a priceless gem as piece of stone?
Hanuman - I checked these pearls. But I did not see Lord Sri Ram and mother Sita in any of these. For me, those pearls are nothing more than ordinary stones, in which I cannot see my Lord Sri Ram.
Vibhishan - So you want to say that in this world all those things are useless in which you cannot see Lord Sri Ram?
Hanuman - It is true.
Vibhishan - Bajrangbali, does Lord Sri Ram reside even inside your body, which you are occupying with so much love and pride?
Hanuman - Lord Sri Ram and mother Sita reside in every pore of my body. If you do not believe, then I can show you.
Hanuman tears apart his chest. All are breathless to see Ram and Sita inside his heart. (Must see scene.) They stand and fold their hands. Ram and Sita bless Hanuman. Ram gets up and hugs him.
Ram - Hanuman, I am blessed to have you as my devotee. A devotee like you has never been and will never be born.
Hanuman becomes emotional and touches Ram's feet.
Narad goes to Brahmalok. He is very happy.
Brahma - What has made you so happy?
Narad - I am always worried about the people on Earth. Ram-rajya has started there. Now, nobody will face any problem. It looks like righteousness, justice and prosperity have made their dwellings on Earth. Everywhere there is happiness.
Brahma - Gods and sages are all so happy with Ram-rajya. Did you meet sage Valmiki?
Narad - Sage Valmiki has already written about Lord Sri Ram. Now common folk have to know about it.
Brahma - You are fogetting Devarshi that so long Lord Sri Ram is on Earth, his leela will continue. The toughest part of his life is about to begin. Lord Sri Ram is an ideal son, able student, beloved husband and victorious. But now he has to face the toughest test of his life. He has to prove that his character is as great as a king as in other respects.
Narad - Lord, is something inauspicious going to happen in Lord Sri Ram's kingdom?
Brahma - Whatever is in destiny has to happen. Sage Valmiki knows all about Lord Sri Ram's life by his divine sight, which has been bestowed upon him by me. You should meet him and ask him to include the second part of Lord Ram's life in his creation.
Narad gladly agrees.
Sage Valmiki is shown. He is chanting Om. The background song says that Om is vibrating in all directions.

Sage Narad comes there and glorifies sage Valmiki. Valmiki's disciple sage Bhardvaj comes there.
Bhardvaj - Devarshi, for the last some days, guru Valmiki is very worried. He is always engaged in tapasya (askesis).
Narad - It is strange. When the whole world is rejoicing over ram-rajya, then why is sage Valmiki so disturbed?
Bhardvaj - This is what we all are wondering. Since the day he has started writing about the part of the life of Sri Ram after his coronation, he is very disturbed.
Narad - Lord Sri Ram's story will bring peace. That cannot be the reason for sage Valmiki's worry.
Valmiki calls - Sage Bhardvaj.
Bhardvaj goes to inform Valmiki about Narad's arrival. But Valmiki already knows that Narad has arrived their. Narad comes there. Valmiki and Narad greet each other. Narad asks Valmiki why he is so happy.
Valmiki - You gave me the inspiration to write the story of Lord Sri Ram. Lord Brahma gave me the divine power to know the story of Lord Sri Ram even before it transpires. In Lord's life, some incidents are about to happen, which I do not feel like writing.
Episode ends.
Excellent episode. I am so happy the way sage Valmiki was introduced. After all, being the author of such a great epic, he deserves such an excellent introduction.

Nice to see such great sages being introduced in this serial - Sage Vashishth, Sage Vishwamitra, Sage Agastya and now Sage Valmiki.😊 (Of course, we must not forget Devarshi Narad.)
