Today's episode starts with the Pandit saying that he can't get Hari and Shree married because the pillar fell over the sacred fire.Hari's family tries hard to convince the Pandit to continue with the marriage rituals.But he simply refuses.
To everyone's surprise Hari asks the Pandit to leave if he wants.So the Pandit immediately leaves.Anant and Hari's family members scold him for letting the Pandit leave.They ask who will get Hari and Shree married?Hari tells them that Anupam(Shree's dad) will get them married because he himself is a well versed Pujari.Everyone including Anupam gladly agrees.
Nikki ridicules Shree and her family by saying that this marriage is very queer because, for the first time a father is doing the marriage rituals of his own daughter.
While Anupam is doing the marriage rituals the athma sneeks into the mandap and tries to choke Shree.But as soon as Anupam handsover the mangalsutra to Hari, the athma dissapears because of the purity and power of the mangalsutra.Anupam tells that the mangalsutra is special and Shree should never remove it because it will protect her and her husband.Hari puts the mangalsutra on Shree.
Nikki tells that Sumati had given Shree a different mangalsutra but she is wearing a different one.Badi ba tells that this mangalsutra is special because it belongs to Shree's mother.
Meanwhile Mahant is totally exhausted because of the athma and Madhu is taking care of him.Mahant tells her that he will capture the athma some way or the other before it ruins Shree's life.He is doing some pooja when the athma appears in front of them and tries to suffocate Mahant.But he doesn't give up.On the other side Shree and Hari's marriage ceremony is going on.
The athma enters Mahant's gramophone and talks in a loud scary voice asking them not to capture her again.Mahant tells her that he will capture her again by hook or crook.He asks her to leave Hari and Shree alone and also asks the reason for haunting Hari.She tells him that Hari can never be Shree's because Hari belongs only to the athma.Madhu is totally taken aback and asks the athma's name and the athma says her name is Kangna.
Pujari asks Shree never to disobey her husband and always to protect him from all troubles.Hari and Shree takes the marriage vows and begin the pheras.Mahant is trying to trap the athma inside the gramophone but fails.the athma promises to ruin Shree's life and she says she will never let Hari and Shree consummate.She furiously attacks Mahant and he falls down.He apologises to Madhu by saying that as of now he can't save Hari and Shree.Now only the mangalsutra can save Shree.Mahant faints leaving Madhu shocked.
