actually, i think he is just putting up this stone fasade but inside he is a very soft person. He just doesnt want to show it. Rememer the puppy dog he helped and his sick employees? I didn't feel that this scene was unrealistic because I felt that he was really sorry for have been really mean to Arohi. And he wanted to say sorry, but she kind of challenged him that he couldn't smile. And he doesnt want to loose the challenge, and besides, I don't think anyone has come and said all these things directly to him before. Nobody dared, and he wouldnt have listened to it if he was not genuinely feeling sorry for his behavior early with her. Poor guy, he is slowly falling for her without even realizing, lol.

When it comes to their work relationship....of course it is fictional, come on! Which boss behaves the way Arjun does with Arohi? I mean...I am surprised that we are discussing the smiling scene as unrealistic when there are far more bigger things that could have been discussed here! Like, him shaking her...that's called harrassment! And the way he tells her that he will not let her stay there cuz she is a woman...a well educated guy, in a modern world and everything....making up these kind of rules for his office? There are so many more examples that we could list up...

but in the end...it is all fictional and suppose to be unrealistic...cuz isn't it what we all want? all these cute and lovely scenes that we all know are far from reality?

- how many times has he's touched her, like even in her interview he tried to push her away;
- the way he screamed at her ...soo not right!
