Hey everyone im back with a topic after a long time.

The topic here is inspired by Girish Sir actually on topic "I'd love to know what u think abt this".i would not have thought about it if not for Girish Sir here.so credits goes to him.

Now as we know most of us here really love Armaan Riddhima and would fantasize ourselves to be there instead of Riddhima, wishing our life partner would be like Armaan who loves you tremendously, who would do anything for the girl he loves.Or having someone like Riddhima in your life, a girl who simply loves you for who you are and never expect you to do something extraordinary for her.Just by being with her would make her happy.making you feel your existence is important to her.you are a part of her life.

Does this kind of love exist in real life.

im not being negative here just being practical in what i have seen and heard from the world.

Real life and reel life are worlds aparts.even the definition of love varies among individuals.Nowadays i can see from our generation, there are some who are really career-oriented and want to accomplish a lot in life.they rather not involved in love and marriages. Some do still believe in the beauty of marriage and love.however i do wonder what is the beauty of love.Like i have said the meaning of love keeps changing that we hardly know the real meaning of it.i would like to say Armaan-RIddhima set examples to it.however they are fictional characters and their story more fairy-tale like.In reality its a totally different story and people are more involve in their ownselves, their own goals. With this kind of thinking in a person, could we see another armaan or riddhima in real life?

what is the definition of love to you?

i hope you guys would share with me your thoughts.

Zafirah

DISCLAIMER:
It seems some has misunderstood the meaning of this topic...im not criticizing the characters.im talking about love in general.does the fictional love we see in AR,does it really exist in real world, does this kind of love,or a person's love towards somebody as potrayed by AR can we ever see a person like that in real life..

Amazing topic zaf would like to give a long comment but i m in a rush at the moment will b back for sure with my comment :-)

EDIT:

AR defines love for me... I dont have any experience of falling in love but when i see AR their love it makes me believe in love maybe this kind of love doesnt exist actually really this type of love cant exist. Today in life when we even dont have time to tawk properly it seems impossible to even imagine a love story like AR but still they r my idol for love n i have firm believe in love which is only coz of AR n i dunno but still i believe that in some part of the world love does exist maybe its lost with the world being global village but i still like to dream a guy like Armaan LOL stupid but true😳😳 in short AR is my meaning of LOVE😳😳😳

Hello, first of all nice topic
ummm does it exist in real life....yes! it does! ....the ridz part atleast....the fact of the matter is that the "extraordinary" things that a girl wants always happen at the beginning stages of a relationship because at that point both ppl are really excietd about a relationship but after a while the realization comes that all that matters is for two people to be together....like you said "having someone like Riddhima in your life, a girl who simply loves you for who you are and never expect you to do something extraordinary for her.Just by being with her would make her happy.making you feel your existence is important to her.you are a part of her life." I am not going to say that I am like Ridz lol😆 but i will say that yes there comes a point in a relationship where all u said actually happens........after a while just letting him know that i dont want anything aside from being with you makes him realize what he means......making him feel his existence is important to you is not that hard as all you do is give him a call like twice a day, emails, cards that sort of stuff and just physically tell him that hey u mean a lot to me.....so to be ridhima is possible trust me😉
However, armaan....i dont think so....he will do a lot for you and may love you with all his heart but no guy will ever go to the extent of Armaan to show those feelings....so the difference here in real and reel life is that guys do love their partners to the extent which armaan loves ridz but they dont express it as much as he does or in the manner in which he expresses.....
I think you got the second part dead on! 👏 We are very much more career-oriented people that is not say that we do not love but we know how far to take a relationship...in todays world no one will scarifice career for their love i can confidentley say that!
We are more ambition driven people but I feel that does not mean that we are incapable of love with that kind of mindset. It just means that we do not love more then we work(if that makes sense) We balance it out which I feel that "reel AR" fail to do.....in real life love is there but it is balanced with work, career.
Like you said you are being practical not negative....which is true but trust me that by thinking that an AR style love does not exist you may actually miss out on something! Just think it exists and you will find it in the smallest of things! Trust me.....i make it a point to be known that I love DMG...and he knows that so he does little things that Armaan does(the oye hoye, the caressing the hair😳) and that to me is love...knowing what makes the other person happy and then doing all that is practical(emphasis on practical) to give them that happiness! I sincerly hope that in two years you come back to this very post and answer your question...with a rock solid YES!😉 till then...we'll make do with our reel AR!
Thanks For a Great Post!

can it exist? yes. should it exist? nope.
i mean it is impractical for their careers to be the way they are. obviously they are interns for a reason. so what happened all of a sudden? love? i dont think most doctors fall in love this way and neither should they. we would have some very bad and impractical physicians taking care of us then.

awwww ..!!!! love for me is exactly wat AR defines !!!

i really dont know whether this exists in real world...i would surely like to know from the other committed couples..!! cos my relationship was not similar to AR's at all lol !!!

but somehow i dont think it exists ,,,,cos the world has become very materialistic and everyone has become sooo career oriented that sacrifising everythin for ur love is quite possible..!!! though i do wish it exists,,!!!

AR love definitely exists or people wouldnt be glued to their screens night after night.
The definition of love for me is two fold, the kind symbolized by AR, and also the kind symbolized by Abhi and Armaan. I realize that not all may understand their love, but I think it is genuine even though the show may not pursue this track.

Armaan is a figment of the imagination of teenage girls.

And unless one is in the mood for utter dissapointment, he should remain a figment.
@ the love question...I dont know what that kind of love is. When I do, I'll get back to you. 😊
