Goodluck Slumdogs!!!

It is about 16 hours from the start of the Academy Awards and I would like to wish Slumdog Millionaire all the very best. This is the closest that India has ever got to winning an Oscar. Contrary to what the Big Maha over the hill, aged, has been, Amitabh Bachchan, and the crotch torturing Aamir Khan have said in their blogs this film is as Indian as Apple Pie is American. I don't care if some Bloody Brits scripted and directed the movie. In the final analysis the movie is a hit because of the actors......who like it or not Mr. Amitabh and Mr. Aamir are all INDIANS. Probably more than you two could ever be!!!!!!!!😡😡😡

I am sorry to be the one to break it you buddy, India is no where close to the oscars! Slumdog Millionaire is NOT an Indian movie. It had an British, actor and director. YES, it was about India, does that make it an Indian film? Its an international film!

Just thought i'd be the one to give the reality check! bollywood is no where close to the oscars..Its like saying Dostana was an American film because it was shot in miami..

Indian or not ........... we can all cheer for AR Rehman, who is very much Indian... it would be really gr8 if he wins...

it is not an indian movie, but A R Rahman is VERY MUcH indian...so i m rooting for him to win the oscar

LOL...I don't think SM is an Indian movie and can be counted as India 'making it' at the Oscars. But I loved the movie and will be rooting for it......AR Rahman especially cuz his win is the one that would truly make India proud :-)

The movie is not Indian - it is about India sure. The lead actor too is not Indian so I would say the only way India is close to getting the Oscar is thru AR Reheman - I am so looking forward to his performance tonite. I just heard that Sukhwinder isnt in the US :( oh well was hoping that he and ARR would perform Jai ho together.

^^ Oh I thought they were performing together. That sucks.
