If you get a call from Amitabh Bachchan or Shah Rukh Khan then that can be taken into consideration, but getting a call from the Vice President of India is a matter to think about.
We too are thinking. Here is a highlight of what happened.Surekha Sikri, 'Dadisa' of the famous Balika Vadhu show got a call from the Vice President's office. The show's publicist confirmed, "Yes, it is true. We did get a call from the assistant of the Vice President of India saying they wanted Surekhaji's personal contact number. When I asked him the reason for it, he replied saying that the Vice President's wife wanted to speak to her."
Sikri too confirmed the news, saying, "Yes, I had a talk with Salma Ansari, the Vice President's wife but I don't want to disclose our conversation".
Asked if the matter was related to her show, where she plays the character of the stern and overpowering 'Dadisa', who strikes fear into the heart of her grand daughter-in-law Anandi, she said, "It has nothing to do with Balika Vadhu. It was a personal call, very personal indeed".
