For Avtar, see the top right corner...Private Message, After that, "Settings"..

In Settings, u will get 4-5 windows, click on the "Preference" ones.....U will get it a blank space, to copy the image link....😳 ( Upload the pic u wanna use in www.tinypic.com and the "direct link" is wht is to be copied )

That's it😛
