Update for December 19

Mother-in-law and her husband advertise 'Yeh Dil Chahe More'. It was quite funny. MIL compares the lead actress to her calling herself quite and adorable.

Everyone is sitting at the dinner table and Maji asks Gaurav if he has called Kamal yet and he says no. Parvati asks him if he is tensed about something and he says no again...He was about to add something but then Pallavi comes and greets everyone with a cheerful 'Hi'. Pallavi says that she knows that they will once again tell her that she has come to ruin their food. Parvati says that she won't say anything since you don't talk to a stone, you kick it but there some stones that still don't improve in their behaviour. Pallavi says that being a stone is fine with her and who Parvati prays to day and night is also made out of stone. Pallavi tells everyone that Parvati has filed a case against Shekhar. She asks if the floor is slipping beneath their feet and adds that their roof will also be gone soon. Pallavi also tells everyone that their house papers are with Suyash as security and if he gets angry, he can make them homeless. Pallavi says that all the credit goes to Parvati. Parvati asks Pallavi is finished and if so then she can leave. Chaya interrupts and says that why should she leave since all of them have to leave someday. Chaya asks what was the reason she had to file a case and if Suyash gets mad..she then stops and thinks out loud how Suyash could've gotten the papers. Chaya says that the papers had been given to Shilpa then where does Suyash Mehra come from? Chaya tells Parvati to answer her and Dadi says that Chaya will not say anything to her. Dadi says that if Parvati is quiet, then someone's goodwill is hidden in her silence. Pallavi says that she has said whatever she had to and now she will leave. Dadi tells her to wait a minute and walks to her. Dadi asks Pallavi if she is trying to scare them by saying that they will lose their house, the 'mol' is not of this house but is it's 'parivaar'. Dadi says that this house isn't made by 4 walls but by 4 generations. Dadi says that the strength of these walls is nothing in front of the strength in their relationships. Dadi says that a thousand Pallavi's and Mehra's cannot break the trust they have in each other. Dadi tells Parvati that she can understand her and that she still went against that man even though she knew that they could become homeless. Dadi says that Parvati shouldn't have come into their family as a bahu but as a beti. Must see Chaya's face here. Dadi says that she doesn't care if they lose their house because of this case, she doesn't care if anyone is with Parvati but she is because she knows that Parvati can't be wrong. Dadi says that if anyone objects to what she has said, then they can leave this house.

Parvati tells Pallavi that she has failed in trying to get everyone to go against her once again. They have their usual talk where Parvati gives Pallavi a lecture on how Pallavi will never have anyone with her. Parvati says that she will count to ten and if Pallavi doesn't get out then she will call the police since in the divorce papers she had signed, it was said that she wouldn't enter their house until she has their permission. Parvati counts to ten but Pallavi still doesn't leave. Parvati gets the phone and calls the police. She was saying that there is a mad woman in their house....Pallavi shouts 'Stop'. Pallavi leaves.

Sunny is shown getting out of a police van and then two lawyers are shown walking towards each other. One is a female and the other male. They greet each other and taunt each other about how this will be a tie breaker case between them. Mr. Kothari says that it will take him less time to break the proof and witnesses she has then it took her to gather them. They wish each other luck and part ways.

Suyash and Shekhar on one side face Parvati and her gang. No words are said. A voice says that the court proceedings should start.

Ambika starts by asking Mayuri to come to the witness box. Mayuri says that she had started to love Shekhar but he was only getting revenge from her for his insults. Mayuri, in mute and flashbacks, tells everything that had happened up until this point.

Parvati is called to the witness box. Parvati says that she is not related to Mayuri through blood but humanity and she is like her daughter. Parvati says that didn't know the truth about Shekhar before him and Mayuri got engaged and they probably wouldn't have found out if she hadn't gotten hold of proof that Mayuri confirmed. Parvati says that Shekhar was behind the MMS scandal in Kamal's wedding and his friend, Sunny, was involved as well. Ambika is done questioning Parvati and now it is Kothari's turn. Kothari asks Parvati why she hadn't told Mayuri's father about the case until after she filed it and Parvati replies that Mayuri didn't want him to take tension and it doesn't matter since they have all the proof. Kothari shouts that it matters. He says that she brainwashed Mayuri to take her personal revenge against the Mehra's. Parvati says that she doesn't have any enemies and Kothari says that she is lying. Ambika tries to object but is overruled. Kothari has no more questions.

Sunny is called to the witness box. Sunny says that he has been arrested for being involved with Shekhar in creating Mayuri's MMS. He then says that he does not agree to this and Parvati had forced him to make his statement. Parvati yells that he is lying. The judge tells Parvati to stay seated. Kothari is finished with his questioning and now it's Ambika's turn. She asks if the private number was his and he says yes. She then asks if his real name is then Suboth Mishra and he signed the papers. He says yes but his name is 'farzi'...I don't know what that means. Ambika gets him to sign a piece of paper and asks him if he is sure that it is his signature and he says that he can sign again if she likes. Ambika takes the clipboard and gives it to a person who is sitting there. It is a handwriting expert and he signals something to Ambika.

Ambika says that according to the reports, the signature on the form had been made by a right handed person and Sunny is left handed. She also mentions something about the person who sent the MMS to Mayuri being left handed and therefore it is Sunny.
