When pressed for more info, all she will give out is, "I cannot tell you exactly what will happen, but the twist is going to come in Kumkum and Sumit's life."

So are we looking at another love triangle?????

Meanwhile, new characters will enter Kumkum soon. Gaurav Chaturvedi, of Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, will play Akash Patel in the show.

The story will revolve around Akash's character --- what is his agenda, his past, and how it is going to affect Sumit and Kumkum's life. These questions will be central to the plot. Actress Shagufta Ali will also be introduced in the show as the buie (aunt) of the Wadhwa household.

Meanwhile, for those interested in behind the scenes activity at the serial, Ashish Patil who directed the serial till recently, has hopped over to direct the other BAG Films production, Dekho Magar Pyaar Se, while Arvind Babbal has taken over the directorial reins of Kumkum.

So, will Kumkum's life change for the better --- or the tale of the unending saga of television soaps continue????
