oh gee thanks Shilpa for telling something we don't know *shrug*

the reason you need to change shampoo regularly is so you don't get shampoo build ups..

like seriously i can't stand when these celebs give tips on beauty and/or hair and they just say something general and obvious...

if its beauty tip they're giving then they say "drink a lot of water".. and taking care of hair is "don't use hair dryer that's too hot and keep changing shampoo+conditioners"?????? this isn't even worth an article

how about sharing your regime, i bet she only uses ionic hairdryers, and hair products like Kerastase and gets treatment regularly..etc

I agree using the same brand of shampoo can cause build up and gosh I am sick of every one saying "drink water"😆 your body including your hair need proper nutrition as well. You need protein, iron, calcium etc. for your body and hair for it to remain healthy as well.
Shilpa is a sweetheart but you are right, it is not SHE who takes care of her hair it's her stylists, I bet she doesn't know half of the things done to her hair when it is being styled.
I remember one time they showed Riya Sen talking about having glowing healthy skin, and she kept saying I drink a lot of water hence my skin is healthy, I couldn't stop laughing because she had so much Acne on her face, it was clearly visible through her make up. Talk about clear skin! Yes water does help in the process but you also have to wash, tone and moisturize your face, also your diet also affects your skin.
