I must admit, I was beginning to get bored with the recent episodes being 80% flashbacks ..but I would definitely recommend that today's episode is a must-see, if only for the last part!
- video update
Arjun shouts at Anisa for having gone ahead with the talent contest in spite of him telling her not too! He then turns towards the models and requests that they leave. Anisa also leaves.
Back in her office, Anisa, begins to wander at Arjun's recent behaviour and weeps. She recalls other incidents where he had thought her to be working against the company's interests (ie. missing money incident).
As Anisa continues to mope over Arjun's "odd" behaviour, the peon appears with the post. As Anisa reaches out for it, she notices the peon's watch/her gifted watch and is mortified. She asks him about it, and he confides that he found it in one of the dustbins. Anisa requests to "borrow" it from him for a short while – he happily obliges. Anisa begins to recall all the earlier incidents (ie. her mom asking for money/about her earrings; her demanding Arjun wear the watch; etc).
As Anisa heads out into the corridor, Arjun sees her and heads to speak to her. He apologises for having shouted at her in front of everyone earlier – but Anisa cuts him short and asks him to explain about the watch. He attempts to lie, but Anisa flatly states that she knows it was thrown into a dustbin, so the least he could do is tell her the truth!. Arjun admits his actions (cho chweet …an iron-rod man, like Arjun, ek ladki ke liye chuk gaya 😳😉).
Anisa confirms her disappointment at his behaviour, especially as she had considered him a good friend. As he is to leave, she stops him, and warns him to never interfere in her work ever again. Rahul interrupts her; asking how she could speak like that to his brother – "Arjun".
PRECAP – Rahul explains to a bewildered-looking Anisa that she was talking to Arjun, as in THE Arjun Oberoi, CEO of the company.
ps. apologies for the late updates, I'm currently very poorly, and the current UK weather conditions are not helping in the slightest in terms of travel-time ....
