well i dunno think so .he is such a hard core. i do like him but the thing he is doing wid dhruv is wrong.he is not a abnormal child thst sends him to a special hospital n i dunno wat problem he has wid armaan wo jo karta hai usay problem hoti hai

ohk dont know abt real and artificial
but his dedication towards Sanjeevni Right Now is good and impressive and that makes him different from others.
