Ayesha will be in prachi's body in the nights and prachi will be real prachi during the day. Prachi wont remember anything that happens with her body in the night. What kind of amnesia is this?

nahi re...thats coz ayesha is taking control over prachis brain aswell!!!!so prach wnt be able to remember nething.

it sounds quite sensible to me. well, its a lot more sensible than a bhoot having a wadrobe n prachis face TURNING into ayesha's face along with the hair style, jewellery and the saree too. where does prachi go?? only the destructives wud be knowing

Yes, even I was wondering when Prachi became Ayesha at Dadi's room, what happend to Prachi, where did she go?

Prachi doesn't go anywhere. Just that when Ayesha's ghost/spirit gets into her Prachi behaves like Ayesha as the latter has control over former's brain.
As far as Prachi's brain or soul goes- I think Ayesha inactivates it when she gets into Prachi's body.
