It was bad before now it is simply trash!!

Many people accused the awards are mostly rigged. In the film faternity people like Aamir do not participate in any Indian film awards except I think the national one. Television does not seem to be left far behind. Over last one year there was nothing in KS to write about, but still it won the best running serial, well inspite of winning it, things did not improve but it has gone from bad to worse.....aaj ki do baate...

1: The middle class Rishi's family is suddenly spending money right left and centre to keep happy their long lost bahu, the bahu who was leaving them and now suddenly got back her senses. I thought we have seen enough of Ganga but no she is still there, the girl who is making poha, maybe have eaten also does do not realise the difference between sugar and salt. I do not know what Rishi's family have seen in her except the wealth of her father to bend themselves backwards to keep her happy.

2: I know things have not been right for BT lately and now they are concentrating hard on their new shows to regain their lost ground but does it mean that they should get a dadi amma type of girl for our Vicky. My friends know about my love for Vicky the genius, his very presence make me switch over channels but now Sonali is not at all helping matters. Does someone in BT realise that she looks like his mother, Madona had married Guy Ritchie her 10 year junior, well but she looked good in her own way, and if beauty is in the eyes of the beholder something is wrong with Vicky's eyes definitely....I know cost cutting is a big issue, we at corporates are facing it, but BT I never knew with India's a billion population you cannot get a decent girl for your show.....

Jate Jate, do the makers of KS realise that we are working woman watching the show here. Many of us are well placed in corporate world...today Jigyasa is directing the directors of the baord of Walia Group of companies how to react sitting at home cosily and Bani has all facts and figures of frauds of office as evidences sitting at home which the owner JW does not know. Please treat your viewers with some respect, time has come to change your storyline and how you potray them. If BT is at fault so is ZT, I am sure its owner's wife or other family members do not interfere in running of the company incase they are not working full time with it.

Last of not the least, even though RK is looking great he is doing nothing more than behaving as a lovelorn husband, picking his wife's anchal....I used to watch the show for him but incase he does not do anything fast, I am sure many of us will leave it very soon.....it is becoming too tedius to watch the show...your thoughts friends...love Tin

I dont really understand about wht is EK trying to prove here.. she is bring all the same stuff.... back to the mahajud.. and all that.. bring something new now.. we all need a break with women controlling a serial .. is there any EK serail where man is controlling not the women?

i felt like myself....ders absolutely nothing left in the crap to watch..n JW comes for 2 secs does nothing n then the show shifts to the new love birds vicky n shonali or the new JB in making ganga n rishi ...n jigs..wat can i say??...no comments

After a long time I am posting something on KS forum. I don't care where it is today and where it's going tomorrow...I am not even going to judge the show because I am not eligible since I don't view it anymore.

There is a concept of GIGO...Garbage in, Garbage out. IF the creatives choose to put in senseless garbage in, that's what comes out from the end product.

One thing most soaps excel in is bring out the best in the beginning and then drag it down with mindless rubbish later. IT is not Ekta but most shows are same...including many soaps I used to watch on American television...even the best of the shows sometimes run out of plots and you will sense a deja vu because they tend to show repetitive themes after a certain time.

As far the awards go, they are pretty subjective and fixed.

I think Ekta is great at plagiarizing successful plots from her own shows and other shows, books or movies. For instance I watched the very first show of Kitani Mohabbat Hai and found that it starts like Veer Zaara, has themes from Taal, DDLJ and fans on the forum claim that looks just like Kasturi and couple of other shows.

I haven't seen her other new show Bandini, but I heard it positively reeks of Balika Vadhu and Kasamh Se combined. She must love Kasamh Se a lot. The only thing that worries me though is that Bandini has even older male lead and even younger female lead. While KS was novel with the older man / younger woman theme, the Bandini girl in the show is supposed to be only 18 and Bani was 23 in this show. The lead girl in Bandini looks like she is fourteen or fifteen.

The only thing I feel bad or is Balika Vadhu....you know why? Because it is a geniunely new theme, great direction, great acting and now it is being copied by the masala queen....

Coming back to Kasamh Se, I have only one suggestion....don't watch it honey....you will find it more congenial for health!! 😃

Well my dear Ravi, I never mentioned about all awards, I only mentioned about the last one won by KS, the longest successful serial, even today I feel RK and PD deserved to win the awards they have got for KS. KS became KS because of them, what followed I do not want to debate as I can go on and on.....

Dear Sho, you are so right. When DD started, they had limited soap dramas, I remember in Bengali the story used to unfold in 13 episodes or extended to 26 episodes maximum. I do not mind longer serials but what is pathetic is people do not know when to stop or is there such derth of writers who cannot give a decent story? I thought we had a population of a billion and not to say about the world of literature from where you can take stories from....what is happening is just plain pathetic.....regarding Bandini well my dear, we will discuss it separately....love Tin
