There are hollywood actors who looks good, sings good and dance good. So yeah talent is in both hollywood and bollywood. Hrithik should stay in bollywood only...hehe I love him here

Hrithik reminds me too much of Matthew McConaughey as of now and thats not good because I find McConaughey vapid....okay but not good. Hrithik was irresistible in Dhoom2 and showed a decent amount of talent in Fiza but he has not really impressed me much. I tend to expect a lot from him and he really has not broken his boundaries and tested his full potential yet. If good looks, exceptional dancing skills and a not bad acting skills will land him in Hollywood, then sure he'll land there. But if he wants a good project from the west then he needs to show more versatality in his work. I'm sure he will too.....this man has been improving by leaps and bounds. I wish him all the best.
