A study at the University of Rochester by Andrew Elliot and Daniela Niesta, through five psychological tests, tells "Red attracts men to women"

Men can't help get away from a woman in red and they don't even know what role does the colour play in that magnetic attraction.

i think reds though of as quite a romantic colour - like red hearts, red roses, etc
