jan26: written+video:Ravan sees his death in stars

Part2 :

Ravan is laughing, boasting his strength in front of Shani, when he retorted.

Laugh as much as you want ravan. Soon after your death, lanka will only be filled with wails and cries.

Mandodary is shocked to ear this and ravan tortures Shani in anger.

He boasts,

I am the ravan, in front of whom even indra bends down his head . for saying this, you will pay your price. I will make you planets cry like anything. You losers will have no more impact on fate of human beings. For changing and destroying your power I have called the royal astrologer.

Shani continues:

I can tell you what he will tell you. Death is looming oon your head. Your destruction is inevitable. Lord ram will free you from your body, your death is now as sure as it can be.

Mandodary is shocked, shani gives a loud laughter of joy and revenge. Ravan takes a shocked Mandodary and leaves.

Finally we see our beloved lord ram in the battle field. They are all discussing. Angad comes and informs them, whatever ram has heard is true, there is neither ravan nor his army in the field.

Hanuman comes and informs that king Bibhisan 's spies have brought the information that ravan has called for the astrologer.

They wonder why, at the ultimate moment , ravan is seeking help from him.

Ram says:

Ravan has lost his confidence, ravan is no longer sure of himself. So he is seeking help of the stars and planets to give him strength.

Back to lanka:

Ravan is alone, reflecting, in a heavy mood. Astrologer comes.

He requests him to predict the future of this war. Ravan knows that astrologer is fully aware of the planetary situation of him as well as his enemy. Whatever he has said till date , has never gone worn, will he help him by saying once more?

Astrologer agrees and the two proceed.

Part3 :

The astrologer gazes at the position of planets and he is not very happy about it. He finds the location and arrangement is too opposed to ravan. His face goes wrinkles out of tension. He cannot speak of the unpleasant truth to ravan.

Ravan asks him

He replies :

You yourself are very knowledgable in this art. You know your chart very well, as well as the postion and the consequent effects of the planets. Still, if you want to listen to it, let me tell you . you have a possibility of death right now. (MRITYUYOG).

Ravan laughs out loud and says death? I will change the position of the planets if necessary.

Suddenly his other 9 heads appear and reminds him of a curse he had received ages back, from king ARANYA of Ayodhya.

The scene flashes back to the time when the two had fought. Ravan had turned a weapon intended upon him by aranya back to aranya himself.

The story will continue.

I like the flasbacks, and particularly, the reminder to come of Raja Aranya of Ayodhya (okay, I won't give out what is likely to be shown tomorrow), but on the confrontation with the planets, that seemed wierd. In the serial Ravan, they showed him releasing all the planets when Lakshman taunted him that he was incapable of fighting on his own power, and needed to draw the powers from other celestial beings.

thats ok, ananya, even i found ot a bit drag, too much of ha ha ha frm ravan, guess they just wanted to bring the story if ravan setting the planets free and this is ground work
